My First Nature Camp: PreK/Age 3 with parent/guardian

Make your child’s first camp experience memorable, educational, and most of all fun! Explore nature using age-appropriate activities, crafts, games, and nature walks each day. Join us for story time, see wild animals in their natural settings, make new friends, and use your senses to enjoy the wonders of nature in a fun and safe way. Come learn and play!
$25 Member, $30 Non-member
My First Nature Camp runs 9am – noon ● Campers must be 3 by start of camp and toilet trained ● Snack included

Join the search for the insects all around us! Investigate these creepy, crawly animals and see what you can catch in the prairie!

Who’s making all that noise at night? Discover the world of nocturnal animals and how they survive in the dark! 
Tuesday, July 19 ~ Astounding Amphibians
Hop right to it and explore the slimy world of salamanders and frogs! Meet new animal friends and find out what makes them special!
Wednesday, July 20 ~ Fin-omenal Fish
Make a splash as you discover the wet world of fish! Learn about fins, scales, and tails and be up to your gills in fishy fun!
Thursday, July 21 ~ Radical Reptiles
Slither your way to camp to meet reptiles that will teach you all about being scaly and cold-blooded. Venture out to see what we find in the woods and water!
Tuesday, August 16 ~ Raptor!
Make your mind soar as you discover the fabulous life of these feathered friends! Encounter LIVE birds of prey to see the sharp beaks and talons of these hunters up close.
Wednesday, August 17 ~ Peek in the Creek
Look into the underwater world of the animals that call a stream their home! See what you can find while we explore life in flowing waters.
Thursday, August 18 ~ Hungry Caterpillars & Beautiful Butterflies
Venture to the Butterfly Garden to see the wonders of these flighted flowers. Search for signs of caterpillars and see what you can catch with a bug net!
