Important Tips Before you Register Online

Registration Tips:

• Save your Username and Password, you will use this account to register year to year (This account is seperate from the KNC Website Account you may have created) . 
• Please purchase a membership online using our membership registration system or call Guest Services at 381-1574 ext. 0 to order or renew a family membership.
• If you feel you are not being charged the correct prices when you review your order at check-out, please call Guest Services before you pay so that we can make sure your order is accurate.
• Read the confirmation email carefully and open the attachments, this will be your reciept and will contain information about your child's upcoming camp experience.You will receive your confirmation email the morning after you register.
  
• We will try to honor registration requests/changes received after 12 pm on Friday for the upcoming session, but due to our staffing responsibilities, we can not guarantee that we can accommodate your requests. You will be contacted on the following business day (Monday).
  
• Refund and Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations within two weeks (10 business days) from the camp's start date. A $50 processing fee will be charged for any cancellation prior to two weeks before the start date. If you are registering for a one-day session such as "My First Nature Camp" then a processing fee of $10 for each day canceled will be charged. There is no fee for switching to another available camp of the same price. If prices differ, either you will need to pay the difference or we will refund the difference.
